Leverage Your Skills and Experience: To succeed in this role, you should have an Associate’s degree or Paralegal certificate plus 4 years of business immigration experience or a Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience. You should also possess strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of visas and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
