Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3-6 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney. NJ Bar admissions are required. PA Bar admission is a plus. Should have clerkship experience. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently, and must have excellent case analysis, research, and drafting skills. Experience in complex litigation, including mass torts, product liability, and environmental actions is helpful. Experienced with all pre-trial phases of litigation is required. Facile with ESI discovery protocols and tools are needed. Excellent research, writing, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
