Law Firm is seeking an experienced Bilingual Paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience handling personal injury cases and be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

- Communicating with clients to provide updates on case progress and document all conversations
- Providing accurate and consistent information to clients regarding medical treatment and insurance coverages
- Managing client cases, including communication with adjusters, obtaining medical records, and making referrals as needed
- Summarizing medical records and preparing demand packages for attorney review
- Handling a high volume of cases while maintaining exceptional client service

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but a combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients, adjusters, and attorneys
- Paralegal certification or associate degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
- 2+ years' experience handling personal injury cases in a law firm setting
- Fluent in Spanish
