IP Litigation Associate The candidate will work on patent litigation, including litigation related to the design and operations of websites and mobile applications. Should have 2-4 years of experience. An undergraduate or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering is ideal, but work or educational experience in computer science or other relevant technology will also be considered. Previous IP litigation experience is highly desired. Must be licensed in NY. Eligibility for Patent Bar desired.
