As a Derivatives Associate, you will work closely with our team to handle a variety of matters related to derivatives regulation, enforcement, and investigations. This includes working with clients such as swap dealers, futures commission merchants, commodity pool operators, and commodity trading advisors. You will also have the opportunity to work on complex and cutting-edge legal issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from 2018 to 2021 and 3 to 6 years of experience in derivatives regulation. You must also be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and have a strong academic record. Familiarity with swaps and derivatives regulation, as well as experience with enforcement and investigations, is also required.

In addition to your legal skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as strong research and analytical skills. You must be able to work independently and in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
