Paralegal - Support Aviation Team at Leading Global Law Firm in Washington . (4+ years experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, update and maintain spreadsheets to track status of claims
- Triage and sort e-mail inbox to open new matters
- Liaise with clients regarding status of claims, potential claims, and coverage letters
- Finalize and send coverage letters
- Monitor state and federal court dockets and forecast possible upcoming claims

Qualifications:

- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Familiarity with Court websites is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information
- Ability to gracefully work under pressure
- Flexible and adapts well to changes in workload

Salary Information: Competitive salary offered, commensurate with experience and skills.

Job Type: Full-time, in-office position with occasional flexibility to work from home.

Experience: 4+ years experience as a Paralegal.

Expertise: Experience in aviation law and litigation preferred.
