Ice Miller, a top-ranked law firm with offices across the United States, is seeking a highly skilled litigation associate with 3-6 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a busy practice and work on a variety of challenging and complex cases.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:

Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings related to bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights
Take depositions, argue motions and contested matters in the courtroom
Receive training and mentoring to grow your skills and responsibilities
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices
Work in a small office setting with the resources of a top Am Law 200 firm
Have potential for advancement in a supportive and collegial environment
Participate in business development activities and have the potential to become a partner
Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely two days per week

Qualifications and Skills:

3-6 years of experience in motions practice, contested matters, and/or adversary proceedings
Strong knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions
Excellent courtroom skills and the ability to think quickly and pivot under pressure
Experience with depositions and a willingness to take on increasing levels of responsibility
Strong research and writing skills
Team player with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment
Interest in developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues and clients
Prior experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Highly motivated and self-driven
Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent academic credentials and references
