About the Position:

- Seeking to expand our IP Litigation practice with qualified patent litigators
- Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with intellectual property matters, specifically patent and/or trade secret litigation
- Admission to a state bar is required
- Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework highly valued
- Undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, or Biochemistry preferred
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and interest in taking on increased responsibility
- Must have outstanding research and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary
- Sound legal and business knowledge in a variety of cases and client counseling

Salary Information:

- Salary ranges vary based on factors such as market data, skills and experience, and location
