Are you an experienced attorney looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a mid to senior-level attorney with property insurance litigation experience to join our team.

As a property insurance litigation attorney, you will be responsible for handling cases on behalf of property owners and contractors in first-party insurance disputes. This includes drafting and arguing motions, drafting pleadings and discovery documents, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, and participating in firm-sponsored marketing events.

If you are an active member of the Florida Bar with at least two years of property insurance litigation experience, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will also have experience in drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, excellent research and writing abilities, and experience with Westlaw and Microsoft Office products. Deposition and mediation experience is a plus.

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual who can operate under minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to handle a large caseload and work well under pressure. This position may also require travel to various locations for depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
