Responsibilities:
- Litigating in both state and federal court.
- Managing all aspects of discovery, including drafting and arguing motions.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Conducting fact and expert discovery.

Requirements:
- Must be licensed in Texas.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience.
- Environmental litigation experience preferred but not required.
- Top academic credentials and strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent client-relations and writing skills.
- Ability to manage and work well on a team.
