- Responsible for conducting investigations, establishing paternity, obtaining court orders for financial support and healthcare coverage, and enforcing child support orders.

- Full-time position with a standard work week of 40 hours and occasional travel (up to 5%).
- Graduation from high school or equivalent required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a related field such as child support, credit collections, investigations, legal assistance, or customer service.
- Strong skills in investigation, negotiation, computer use, multitasking, and communication are necessary.
- Must be able to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and lift up to 30 lbs.
