Job Title: Attorney – Bankruptcy Associate

Experience: 3rd to 8th year

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, a leading law firm, is currently seeking experienced attorneys to join our growing Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department. We are looking for 3rd to 8th year associates with previous bankruptcy experience in a law firm. If you have a strong background in handling substantive court appearances and representing creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, landlords, and trade creditors in bankruptcy matters, we want to hear from you.

Our ideal candidates will have top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and the ability to work well on a team. We work seamlessly across offices and are open to considering experienced candidates in our New York, NY, Parsippany, NJ, and Stamford, CT offices as we continue to grow our team. Bar admission is required in an attorney’s resident and/or affiliated office.

Salary Information:
- Salary range is specifically for potential hires who will work or reside in the state of New York.
- Any offered salary will be determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, and certain degrees and certifications (. JD/technology).
- New York Salary Range: Low: $250,000-High: $325,000.
