# Patent Litigation Associate

Law Firm is looking for a Patent Litigation Associate for its IP Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. This position is available in Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Lexington, KY; or Louisville, KY.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:
* A minimum of four years of patent litigation experience and/or significant PTAB experience
* Experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial
* A technical background and USPTO patent bar registration
* A license to practice in Ohio or Kentucky, as applicable
* Strong academic credentials
* Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
* A desire to work in a collegial atmosphere with an emphasis on training, significant client contact, and a wide range of work
