Law firm Duane Morris LLP is currently seeking a highly qualified International Tax Associate to join our team in our Miami or New York office. This position offers a competitive salary range of $260,000-$320,000 in New York City, with variations for other markets.

Requirements:
- At least 4-6 years of experience in transactional tax work
- Knowledge of cross-border planning and implementation
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- . in Taxation preferred
- Fluency in other languages a plus
- Bar required in jurisdiction of practice

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the firm's corporate practice
- Advise corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and other joint ventures and investment funds
- Provide tax guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Assist with transfer pricing and tax minimization strategies for multinational companies
- Handle estate and trust planning and pre-immigration and expatriation tax planning for individuals
- Offer family office, private equity, and real estate transactional and fund formation advice
