Faegre Drinker, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a talented attorney to join our Insurance practice group in Dallas. The position offers a non-partnership track and a steady volume of insurance litigation work, along with autonomy and the opportunity to be part of a strong team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in civil defense work, with a focus on property and casualty insurance. Texas bar admission is required for this position.

Our Insurance group works with some of the largest clients in the insurance industry. We handle all lines of insurance, including annuity, health, life, and property & casualty. Our practice covers a wide range of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, including corporate governance, insurance holding company regulation, investment, market conduct, public policy, and solvency. As an associate in our Insurance group, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, engage with insurance industry groups, and participate in business development activities early on in your career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a steady volume of insurance litigation cases
- Work autonomously and as part of a strong team
- Engage with clients and participate in business development opportunities

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in civil defense work
- Experience in property and casualty insurance preferred
- Texas bar admission required
