The Matian Firm, APC is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Supervisor/ Lead to join our expert legal team in maintaining our standard of excellence. This role will report directly to the Department Leadership and will be responsible for all aspects of our pre-litigation personal injury practice. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain communication with clients and provide timely case updates
- Monitor and manage client treatment portfolio
- Obtain evidence, documents, medical records, and bills related to clients' cases
- Assist clients with property damage claims
- Efficiently manage attorney schedule for meetings and court appearances
- Organize and maintain electronic case files using company software

Qualifications:

- 2 to 5 years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Familiarity with Case Management Software
- Associates, Bachelors, or Paralegal Certificate preferred

Compensation:

- Salary range of $60K/yr to $80K/yr (dependent on experience)
- Additional compensation may be offered at the discretion of the hiring manager for qualified candidates
