# Tax Credit & Impact Finance Associate Attorney - Minneapolis Stinson LLP is currently seeking a Tax Credit & Impact Finance Associate Attorney to join their Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate should have zero to five years of transactional experience and a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs), and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs). ## Qualifications - is required - Superior academic performance - Excellent writing and analytical skills - Experience with NMTCs, HTCs, and RETCs is helpful but not required - Candidates with commercial real estate experience, commercial lending experience, structured finance and/or general federal income tax experience would also be well-suited for this position ## Benefits & Salary Stinson LLP offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
