We are open to hearing from counsel or shareholder candidates interested in joining our comprehensive M&A and national strategic private equity practices. We work with strategic and private equity buyers and sellers across a wide variety of industries, as well as institutions, funds, and individuals who provide capital and direction. We negotiate sophisticated deals opposite the largest law firms coast to coast and close hundreds of transactions worth billions in M&A and financing transactions each year. 
 
Successful candidates will thrive in a team environment and have 7+ experience in M&A and/or private equity in private practice in order to help lead deals. No practice size required.

Preferred candidates will have:
• 7+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity
• Prior experience in private practice
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background

• Active attorney license in at least one . jurisdiction
