Summary:
The law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join their team in multiple offices. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, as well as assisting attorneys with responding to government agency requests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have at least 4 years of corporate immigration experience. A paralegal certificate or higher is preferred.

Job Title:
Immigration Paralegal

Experience Information:
Applicants must have 4+ years of corporate immigration experience.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and evaluate new cases for eligibility and escalate issues to attorneys
- Prepare immigration forms and coordinate the immigration process
- Communicate with clients and providers to obtain necessary documents and translations
- Assist attorneys with responding to government agency requests
- Update immigration information in database and maintain files
- Manage cases for non-immigrant, PERM labor certification, immigrant petition, and adjustment of status
- Run reports and monitor case status and expirations
- Promote and support teamwork within the immigration team

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of corporate immigration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration case management software
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong research skills and understanding of legal requirements for business immigration filings
- Paralegal certificate or higher preferred
