- Mid to senior-level associate with 5+ years of experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, and SEC regulation
- Opportunity to join a vibrant securities and capital markets practice at Holland & Hart, a top tier law firm
- Positions available in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Nevada offices

- Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent professional recommendations required
- Compensation is merit-based with a salary range of $205,000 - $305,000 (Colorado location)
- Bonus program in place for financial contributions and hard work
- Expectation to bill 1800 hours, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and dedicate at least 25 hours to diversity, equity, and inclusion
