- Manage a team of trial lawyers and trial teams
- Provide guidance and direction on litigation issues

Requirements:
- 10+ years of trial experience (personal injury trial experience preferred)
- Management experience with a thorough understanding of leadership and management principles
- Experience managing plaintiff or defense litigation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
