In this role, the Assistant General Counsel will work closely with Withum's General Counsel to handle a wide range of legal matters including contract management, licensing, litigation, and data privacy. The successful candidate will have a from an accredited law school and 6-8 years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting.

Some key responsibilities of the Assistant General Counsel role include:

- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various contracts with clients and vendors
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Managing the firm's response to subpoenas
- Providing guidance on laws impacting the profession, such as privacy and data security requirements
- Collaborating with partners and team members on contract-related matters

To be considered for this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:
