Patent Litigation Associate
The candidate should have a strong technical or scientific background. For life sciences, preference for those with advanced degrees. For technical backgrounds, preference for those with electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or closely related field. Must have 3-4 years of patent litigation experience. Should have an active membership in the State Bar and compliance with CLE requirements Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Must have a passion for science, engineering and intellectual property.
