A law firm in New York City is seeking an Immigration Attorney to handle a diverse range of family and business-based immigration matters. The successful candidate will possess a . degree and must be licensed to practice law in the United States. Duties:Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including visa applications, petitions, and hearings.Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration matters, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Prepare and file various immigration petitions and applications, such as Es, Ls, EB-1a, EB-1c, PERMs, EB-2 NIWs, O-1s, and H-1Bs.Conduct legal research to stay updated on immigration laws and policies.Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and government agencies to facilitate smooth immigration processes. Requirements:Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the United States (any state).Proven experience in immigration law, preferably handling both family and business-based immigration matters.Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Education:Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Must be an attorney licensed to practice law in the United States (any state). Skills:Proficiency in handling a broad spectrum of immigration matters.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing.
