Law Firm Seeks Securities Associate with 5+ Years of Experience in Chicago, Detroit, or Indianapolis

Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team to assist clients with Securities-related matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services
• Utilize advanced technological resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of work

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Securities, with a focus on the 1934 Act
• Strong understanding of Securities regulations and laws
