Duties

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies and solutions.

  • Prepare and present cases in court, if necessary, and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay informed about changes in corporate and transactional law and integrate new knowledge into practice.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
  • Strong academic credentials and proven legal abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare transactions is a plus.
  • An . in taxation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong research and writing skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the State Bar of Alabama.
