Job Description:

- Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is seeking mid to senior level Litigation Associates for their New Jersey office
- The firm's litigation group has a track record of success in guiding clients through business litigation and mitigating risks
- The role offers exposure to a variety of litigation matters across industries and opportunities for professional growth
- Candidates must have experience litigating in both state and federal court
- Responsibilities include collaborating with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and handling all aspects of litigation
- The firm welcomes candidates with law firm experience or those transitioning from government positions

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in general commercial litigation
- Strong ability to manage e-discovery processes, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and conduct fact and expert discovery
- Excellent analytical abilities, client-relations skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (or ability to waive in)
