Duties:

• Represent clients in Social Security Disability claims and appeals.
• Review case files and conduct legal research to develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate with clients, Social Security Administration, medical professionals, and other relevant parties.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Advocate for clients during hearings and appeals before administrative law judges.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
• Provide compassionate and client-focused legal support throughout the case process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law.
• Strong knowledge of Social Security Disability regulations and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate, client-focused attitude and ability to handle sensitive matters with care.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the state.

Skills:
