Law Firm Seeking Experienced Associate for Corporate Investment Funds Practice in Various Locations

The Law Firm, a leading global law firm, is currently seeking highly qualified associates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters. This position is available in multiple locations including New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington, ., Houston, and San Diego.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters
- Strong understanding of fund structuring and fundraising
- Experience working with fund sponsors globally
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to private investment funds
- Ability to handle all aspects of fund operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Act as counsel for fund sponsors around the globe
- Handle all aspects of structuring and fundraising of private investment funds
- Assist with sponsor internal arrangements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance matters
- Collaborate with team members to provide top-notch legal services to clients
