In this role as a Senior Corporate Counsel for Product & Commercial at RVO Health, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team in supporting the company's enterprise-wide commercial initiatives and product teams. You will serve as in-house counsel for a growing digital health platform and work closely with product teams to identify and solve legal issues that may arise. This role requires a generalist mindset and the ability to handle a wide range of legal matters, with a focus on product support and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer-facing digital health space, as well as a strong understanding of regulations impacting digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as in-house counsel for a comprehensive consumer healthcare company, providing legal support for enterprise-wide commercial initiatives and product teams
- Work closely with product teams to identify and solve legal issues, serving as a hands-on thought partner and building relationships to align legal compliance with business objectives
- Develop and maintain guidelines for addressing common legal considerations related to digital products and design
- Negotiate and execute commercial agreements, providing support for sales teams and product negotiations
- Conduct product reviews and serve as a subject matter expert for digital products
- Monitor state laws and regulatory trends impacting the industry and strategically manage risk
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to further the company's mission and drive success

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited . law school and member of the bar of a . jurisdiction
- At least 5 years of legal experience, with in-house experience preferred
- Strong understanding of regulations impacting digital products, such as FCC, FTC, and HIPAA
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate uncertainty with a problem-solving attitude
- Egoless mentality, value collaboration, and willingness to put in hard work to accomplish tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex legal concepts into actionable advice
- Sense of humor is a plus and encouraged

Salary Information:

- Starting salary: $180,000 - $210,000 (plus bonus potential)
- Actual salary based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience
