This position will be responsible for providing legal analysis, research, writing, and advice on a variety of legal matters. The successful applicant must have four to six years of large law firm and/or judicial clerkship experience, excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be a member of the California bar. **Qualifications:** - 4-6 years of large law firm and/or judicial clerkship experience - Excellent academic credentials - Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Membership in the California bar **Salary and Benefits:** For positions in California, the salary wage range for this job posting is $310,000 to $390,000. The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package.
