We are currently seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join our team in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities:

- Defend and litigate a variety of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
- Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Provide legal advice and counsel on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
- Active VA bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
- Knowledge of current court and employment-related agency procedures.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.
