We are looking for a patent prosecution professional with two to six years of experience to join our team in our DC, NY or Boston office. **Job Description:** * Draft and prosecute US and worldwide patent applications * Work directly with inventors and scientists * Assist partners with non-infringement, invalidity and freedom-to-operate opinions * Adeptness with ChemDraw is a plus **Qualifications:** * Degree in Organic Chemistry or related field * Intellectual curiosity * Excellent academic credentials * Strong organizational and writing skills * Strong oral communication skills * Membership in the Patent Bar **Salary Range:** The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $100,000 to a maximum of $330,000 per year.
