**Job Description:**

* Draft and prosecute US and worldwide patent applications
* Work directly with inventors and scientists
* Assist partners with non-infringement, invalidity and freedom-to-operate opinions
* Adeptness with ChemDraw is a plus

**Qualifications:**

* Degree in Organic Chemistry or related field
* Intellectual curiosity
* Excellent academic credentials
* Strong organizational and writing skills
* Strong oral communication skills
* Membership in the Patent Bar

**Salary Range:**

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $100,000 to a maximum of $330,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
