Job Description:

As an Associate in our Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to advise clients on a range of US-focused privacy, security, and other data-related compliance counseling. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients in determining priorities, risks, and implementation of data protection compliance programs, managing compliance projects, and negotiating contracts. You will also have the opportunity to manage complex privacy and cybersecurity workstreams and supervise junior lawyers.

Job Requirements:

- 3-5 years of practical privacy/data protection/cybersecurity counseling experience.
- Excellent management/organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work collaboratively.
- Technical experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
- Certified Information Privacy Professionals preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Expected Pay Range for Associates:

- 2024/2023 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
- 2022 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
- 2021 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
- 2020 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
- 2019 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
- 2018 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
- 2017 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
- 2016 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
