Collaborate with a variety of forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of different causes of action in both single and multi-party litigation. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs. Prepare for, attend, and present at court hearings. Take and defend deposition. Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel. Excellent academic credentials and strong legal aptitude are required. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience. A license in good standing in the resident state is required.
