**Job Summary**

Law Firm is currently seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join their dynamic national coordinating counsel team overseeing litigation pending in the . and its territories. This position does not involve management of a caseload, or regularly require court appearances or depositions.

**Qualifications**

- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in PA
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Experience with general liability defense litigation a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to integrate into a fast-team-orientated environment
- Legal project management experience is helpful

**Responsibilities**

- Support local and national litigation teams in catastrophic and large loss matters
- Represent clients in a wide range of general liability claims
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Write motions and briefs, in matters pending in all 50 states
- Interact with large, leading global firm and clients
- Communicate with industry clients and provide status reports
