Arnold & Porter, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly experienced attorney to join our team in either Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with a minimum of five years of experience in trademark prosecution and management of trademark portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing trademark portfolios
- Conducting trademark clearance searches
- Handling USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings
- Drafting substantive office action responses, notices of opposition, and petitions for cancellation
- Working with international trademark prosecution and dispute matters, including under the Madrid Protocol with non-US trademark agents

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management
- Extensive knowledge of USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings
- Experience working with international trademark prosecution and disputes
- Excellent references
- Currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application, or eligible to become licensed

Compensation:
- Salary range of $135,000 to $175,000 in New York, commensurate with experience

Compensation
