If you have a strong background in Medicare issues and defense litigation, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

- Consult with employers, adjusters, and attorneys on Medicare issues related to workers’ compensation cases and defense litigation.
- Educate clients on proper handling of Medicare set-asides.
- Provide guidance to attorneys on best practices and strategies for achieving desired case resolution results.
- Perform conditional payment searches and prepare Medicare submissions for set aside approval.
- Draft Medicare language for settlement documents.

Qualifications:

- 1 to 4 years of experience in Medicare compliance and defense litigation.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
