Job Title: Employment Investigator
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per year
Experience: 5+ years in conducting investigations and advising on employment-related matters.

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex employment related investigations across multiple regions
- Partner with cross-functional teams within Employment Law, HR, and Employee Relations
- Investigate complaints of violations of law or policy
- Utilize data to identify systemic issues and develop long-term solutions
- Communicate effectively with all relevant parties throughout the investigation process
- Remain respectful and empathetic in difficult situations

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience conducting investigations in multiple jurisdictions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong relationship management skills in a cross-functional environment
- Experience documenting findings and presenting recommendations
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with labor and employment law
- Project management experience
- Formal training/certification in investigations
- Experience with facilitation and/or mediations

Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting investigations into employment-related matters across multiple regions. We are looking for someone with a strong background in conducting investigations and advising on employment issues, as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and diverse environment.

As an Employment Investigator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by identifying systemic issues and developing long-term solutions. In addition to conducting investigations, you will also have the opportunity to deliver compliance education programs and training to address workplace issues proactively. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting investigations that can withstand legal scrutiny in multiple jurisdictions. You should also have experience working independently and exercising sound judgment, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A Juris Doctorate or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred, as well as experience with labor and employment law, project management, and formal training in investigations.
