As a Litigation Paralegal at Rivkin Radler, the candidate will work closely with attorneys on a variety of litigation matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background and experience in a litigation firm, along with excellent organizational, scheduling, and calendaring skills. The ability to multitask, manage a large caseload, and work in a fast-paced environment is also required. The primary duties of this role include drafting routine court documents, compiling and drafting legal documents for attorneys, conducting case law research, organizing and analyzing records, and preparing exhibits and other demonstrative evidence. The candidate should also be proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis and Westlaw, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and KOFAX Professional. To be eligible for this position, the candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, a , and excellent organizational and follow-up skills. The firm offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits plan, including medical and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), paid time off, and more. The work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with the flexibility to work overtime when needed. The candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. The annualized salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, with adjustments based on experience and other job-related factors.
