With offices strategically located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a highly respected firm with a diverse and prestigious client base.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Experience in higher education law is preferred but not required
- Must be licensed to practice in New York State or eligible to waive into the New York State Bar
- Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients and develop and execute service strategies

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in labor and employment matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance
