The Law Firm of Marshall Dennehey, . is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal with Litigation / Casualty Defense experience to join our team in Melville, NY. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401K. Our firm also offers a hybrid schedule of both remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain, review, and analyze documents, including medical records and financial records
- Prepare trial materials and maintain a caseload independently
- Conduct legal research and analysis of case issues
- Communicate with clients, opposing law firms, and courts
- Manage court docket calendar and generate status reports
- Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree required, Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- Litigation / Casualty experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
