Law Firm, one of the oldest and most prestigious full-service law firms in New Jersey, is seeking a bright, motivated associate attorney with 2 to 4 years’ experience to join its growing Education Law Practice Group.

## Responsibilities

* Represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions
* Research and analyze laws, rulings and regulations to create strategies and advise clients on business and legal transactions
* Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
* Advise clients on a variety of legal issues
* Appear in court to represent clients
* Negotiate settlements
* Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
