The candidate will be drafting, reviewing, and revising various transactional documents (including purchase/sale agreements, operating agreements, stock/share-related transactions, etc.). Will be assisting on due diligence projects for M&A and private equity transactions. Identifying and relaying issues to senior attorneys for resolution. Communicate and interact with clients, partners, counsel, associates, and staff. Develop practice area expertise, assist with knowledge management and business development efforts and participate in training sessions. Must be a member in good standing of the Illinois State Bar.
