Job Title: Discovery Paralegal

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct investigations and research into case-related information
- Manage and respond to litigation discovery requests
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders both inside and outside the Firm
- Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data
- Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; BA in Paralegal Studies and/or Paralegal Certificate a plus
- 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Experience with team collaboration software and Electronically Stored Information (ESI) preferred
