- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in Securities Reporting, M&A, and Bank Regulatory work

- Corporate Practice

Responsibilities and Practice:
- Work on interesting and sophisticated matters in one of the premier Corporate practices in the Midwest
- Handle routine securities filings, merger & acquisition transactions, and other business transactions
- Provide excellent client service and work collaboratively with colleagues
- Offer unique perspectives on complex issues
- Be part of a dedicated team

Personal Skills/Attributes:
- Commitment to teamwork and client service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate advice clearly
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills

Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience in Securities Reporting and M&A in a large regional or national law firm
- Experience with bank regulatory matters
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or Maine
