## Associate Attorney - Professional Liability - 1-3 Yrs Experience

Marshall Dennehey, ., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is looking for an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of legal experience in Professional Liability. The ideal candidate will have an interest in varied Professional Liability areas such as attorney malpractice, broker errors and omissions, architects and engineers errors and omissions and employment.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Analyze legal issues and develop effective solutions to complex legal problems
- Research and prepare legal documents, pleadings and briefs
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and court personnel
- Handle cases from inception to trial
- Work with a team of experienced attorneys

**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey
- 1-3 years of legal experience
- Strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills
- Ability to work in a diverse, inclusive, collaborative, open-door environment
