# Attorney/Lawyer Position at Fast Growing Multi-State Family Law Firm

## Job Description

The duties of the Attorney/Lawyer include:

* Preparing and drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, judgments, orders and correspondence
* Interviewing witnesses and preparing them to testify
* Ensuring the accuracy of all documents prepared
* Promptly appearing in court on all cases assigned
* Handling all aspects of cases assigned
* Performing administrative duties such as filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings
* Conducting legal research for particular issues

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

* Iowa license required
* Family law experience is preferred but not required
* Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience

## Salary and Benefits
