Law Firm is currently seeking a Technology & IP Transactional Associate (Life Sciences) to join its market-leading Technology and Intellectual Property Transactions group in its Austin office. This role offers a competitive salary structure with a hiring salary range of between $250,000 and $370,000.

H2: Qualifications

• Three to six years of experience working on life sciences transactions and broader technology and intellectual property transactions in the context of M&A and other corporate transactions, as well as strategic commercial agreements, such as collaboration, license, outsourcing, and joint venture agreements.

Law Firm is looking for an experienced and highly qualified Technology & IP Transactional Associate (Life Sciences) who is passionate about joining its market-leading Technology and Intellectual Property Transactions group in Austin. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three to six years of experience working on life sciences transactions and broader technology and intellectual property transactions in the context of M&A and other corporate transactions, as well as strategic commercial agreements, such as collaboration, license, outsourcing, and joint venture agreements. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have outstanding credentials and qualifications relating to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry and beyond. A technical degree is not required for this role.

The hiring salary range for this position is between $250,000 and $370,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
