The Challenge:
- Seeking experienced employment attorney to join global Employment Legal Team
- Reporting to Senior Director, Americas Employment Law
- Provide employment legal support in ., Canada, and Latin America
- Partner with Employee Experience organization and other teams across Legal, Security & Policy organization
- Be an active and energetic member of Global Employment Legal Team
- Provide solutions-focused, risk-based legal guidance and support
- Monitor external environment for emerging legal issues and trends
- Build relationships for effective collaboration on global projects and issues
- Oversee employment claims and litigation matters when needed

What You Will Do:
- Highly engaged in San Jose headquarters (preferred) or San Francisco office
- Provide legal guidance on all aspects of employment law
- Collaborate with multiple groups and functions
- Effectively balance a large number and wide variety of issues and projects
- Prioritize in fast-paced global environment
- Approachable, easy going, and flexible with a sense of humor
- Effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work in-office 3 days a week with some travel as needed

What You Need To Succeed:
- Active license to practice law in US (California bar preferred)
- 7-10 years of deep employment law experience
- Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to balance multiple issues and projects
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Approachable, easy going, and flexible
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel as needed

Salary Information:
- Compensation reflects cost of labor across several . geographic markets
- Pay range for this position is $136,500 - $261,000 annually
- Pay varies by work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Benefits:
- Sales roles have total target compensation (base + commission)
- Non-sales roles have base salary and short-term incentives
- Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in form of new hire equity award
